My name is Clinton Bonomelli and I am from Perth, Australia.

I am a corporate mergers and acquisitions lawyer and have worked in Perth, Sydney, Dubai, and San Francisco. Throughout my career I have extensively advised corporations, private equity firms, and investment funds on energy, infrastructure, technology, and healthcare transactions. I also have experience working closely with family offices, helping them to exit from their businesses and happily retire.
